Courtney graduated from the Animal Care program at Sheridan College in 2011 and recently graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Seneca College in 2015.  She joined the Heartland team in 2016 after volunteering in the Drayton location for a number of years.  Courtney grew up on a dairy farm just outside of Moorefield and has always had a love for large and small animals.  She is a loving mom to her fur baby, Marley, who she adopted from school.  In her free time, she enjoys figure skating, traveling and hanging out with her friends.

Crystal graduated from Northern College-Haileybury Campus in May 2004. After graduating Crystal worked in a small animal practice in Elora until she joined the Heartland team in October 2016. Crystal grew up on a dairy farm outside of Kenilworth and always known she would work in Veterinary medicine. With her years of experience in the dairy industry she was very excited when the opportunity came up to become a member of our large animal team. She now divides her time between farm visits and small animal at both our Listowel and Mount Forest locations.  Crystal lives in Listowel with her husband Dave and their 2 girls Avery and Cassidy. We will forever cherish the memories and her beautiful smile!
