It is of the utmost importance for us to protect our staff, our clients and our community and we are following the recommendations and protocols laid out by the provincial and federal governments as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective March 18, 2020 we will be altering our day to day operations. We do this with the hope that we can continue to provide our service to you and your animals, particularly in the case of emergency.

SMALL ANIMAL: We will only be open to emergency/sick patients and food/medication dispensing. All 3 clinic locations will remain open.

LARGE ANIMAL: We will be contacting all appointments to discuss your needs, level of risk and the potential to postpone any non-urgent work.

EVERYONE: PLEASE CALL US if you think your animal may need to be seen or if you are requiring any medications or pet food. There have been delays in us getting some of our usual inventory. We ask that you please contact the clinic by phone before coming in to the office to confirm if we have what you need in stock. We will do our best to ensure you are taken care of and have your items ready for you when you come in to pick them up.

Toll Free: 1-800-565-2047
Listowel: 519-291-2060
Mount Forest: 519-323-4422
Drayton: 519-638-3391

We continue to ask that you self-assess and not come to the clinic and notify us before we come to your farm if you have travelled in the last 14 days or are experiencing any symptoms of illness OR have been exposed to anyone who has travelled/is experiencing symptoms of illness.

Your patience during these unprecedented circumstances is greatly appreciated. We know this may lead to some frustration and wait times both on the phone and in the clinic, but please appreciate that everyone is trying to do their best to continue to provide service to you and your animals, while protecting themselves and their loved ones at the same time. This is a fluid situation which means we will constantly be working to re-evaluate and provide updates as the situation evolves. We know if we all work together with patience and respect that we can get through this as a community.
